Our aim is to deliver a perfect product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your online order from Fab., you can return your products within 10 working days once you have received your order. Please take good care of them, and return the products in original package and in the same condition as you received them.
This means you can have a look and try them on, but please do not remove any labels, or wear them outside. Please note that products must be returned in the original package, provided with a copy of the invoice. For shoes we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing.
If the conditions mentioned above are complied, we offer you several options.
You can choose to pick another product from the Fab. collection or exchange your product to a different size or colour that is available. If the alternative product has a lower price, we can reimburse you any price difference. (International) shipping cost, if any, is non-refundable. Another option is to refund the price paid for the product. We will transfer the money within 10 working days after receiving your retour.
If you would like to return an item, purchased by a giftcard, off course we will re-activate your giftcard, or you can choose to pick another product our from the collection.
If the original order was purchased using a promotional or discount code, you will only be able to exchange the item for the same item in a different size/colour or exchange for a different item at the equivalent cost you paid or a lower price. This is also the case for sale products.
How to return your items?
If you log in into your Fab. account, you should go to “aanmelden retour”, here you can register your return. The other option is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our customer care department will handle your return. Please note that we need to register your return within 10 working days once you have received your order and that we will not be responsible for the delivery costs for these returns.
If we did not send your returned product(s) back within 10 working days, your return has been declared as accepted.
